1. Who we are

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, read our material and request an automation audit. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or use its content in a misleading way.

3. Free automation audits

An audit is an initial diagnostic conversation, not a binding proposal, professional legal or financial advice, or a guarantee that a project will proceed. Any scope, price, timeline and responsibilities will be confirmed separately in writing before paid work begins.

4. Project agreements

Paid services are governed by a separate proposal or service agreement. That document will define deliverables, fees, payment dates, dependencies, ownership, support and acceptance. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement takes priority.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access to systems and timely decisions. You must have the right to share any data, accounts, content or materials supplied to us. You remain responsible for business decisions and for reviewing automated outputs before relying on them.

6. AI and automation limitations

AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Automations can also be affected by third-party platforms, APIs and policy changes. We design safeguards, monitoring and human handoffs where appropriate, but no automated system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Third-party services

Projects may connect services such as Shopify, Meta, Google, Paymob, Bosta, n8n or AI model providers. Their own terms, availability, pricing and data practices apply. We are not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.

8. Intellectual property

Vida AI owns this website, its original design and its written content unless stated otherwise. Project-specific ownership and licence terms are defined in the relevant project agreement. Third-party tools and open-source software remain subject to their respective licences.

9. Privacy and submitted information

Information submitted through the audit form is used to respond to your request and assess the potential project. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the website form.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vida AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will remain published on this page.

12. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any project agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute provisions.
